Rockridge® attorney Kevin Christopher will be presenting today at Yale Tsai CITY on Nuts and Bolts of Building a Venture. Kevin’s discussion will include example case studies, types of business entities, the operations of being a founder, and the fundamentals of intellectual property.

As a fellow founder, Kevin offers a unique legal perspective on corporate structuring, partnership, and IP protections. Tsai CITY is one of the mission-oriented entrepreneurship centers that Rockridge® supports through mentoring, office hours, and pro bono support, along with Bethesda Green Hub, UC Davis Venture Catalyst, and First Flight Venture Center.
