Attorney Kevin Christopher will present at the Berkeley Postdoctoral Entrepreneur Program’s (BPEP) Spring 2021 workshop series on “Intellectual Property (IP) for Scientists: Basics of IP, Licensing, Building IP after Licensing from a University.”
BPEP supports postdoctoral entrepreneurs at UC Berkeley who seek to translate their research into marketplace solutions.
Prior to founding Rockridge®, Kevin led various technology commercialization programs at UC Berkeley and Lawrence Livermore National Lab (LLNL). Kevin will leverage his extensive background in IP and commercialization to share his expertise on the topics of disclosing, patenting, and licensing an invention at a research institution like UC Berkeley.
The event will take place on Thursday, May 20, 6-7:30 pm PT.
