Rockridge Venture Law® has joined the Steering Committee of the Cookeville-based Highlands Economic Partnership as a Platinum Level investor. Rockridge is proud to support the outstanding work of the HEP staff to improve economic and workforce development measures of the Upper Cumberland region for the long-term growth of the region. Recent business sitings and expansions at least partially attributable to the efforts of HEP include Colorobbia and Portobello.

Rockridge is led by founder and principal Kevin Christopher, who also serves as a County Commissioner for Putnam County and is a recent graduate of Leadership Tennessee.

After relocating from California in 2016, I knew that I wanted to be a civically and economically engaged member of the community. Cookeville is where I’m raising my children, and like any parent I want them to grow up in a thriving community. The Highlands Economic Partnership helps our region put its best foot forward, whether in welcoming tourists or recruiting industries and individuals for relocation. Moreover, the work of the Highlands in educating the local workforce for meaningful, sustainable careers aligns with our social impact mission. Rockridge wants the Highlands to succeed, and we feel that reciprocally from the Highlands team.
