RVL® Attorney Lauren Hughes Named Board Member to Tennessee Women’s Theater Project

Rockridge Venture Law® congratulates attorney Lauren Hughes on being named board member to Tennessee Women’s Theater Project (TWTP). Rockridge proudly sponsored Lauren’s 2019 participation in the nonprofit board development and matching program of Arts + Business Council of Greater Nashville (ABC). As an ABC graduate and TWTP board member, Lauren will represent Rockridge’s interest in the advancement of women-led businesses and creative performances.

At RVL®, we believe that the challenging work of Building Today’s Companies for Tomorrow’s Economies® goes hand-in-hand with positively impacting the environmental and social fabric of our communities. One component of our practice is what we call Give-10, whereby we give 10% of our time in the form of pro bono support, and 10% of our revenue in the form of sponsorships, to environmental stewardship and social impact nonprofits. Our pioneering approach to the practice of law attracts top-notch legal talent and assure our clients of missional alignment with their corporate values.

About TWTP

“TWTP is a professional, nonprofit theater company with a special focus on women. We seek to address the problems of gender inequity and gender discrimination through role parity for women as well as training and education in areas of professional theater that are currently male-dominated. We are committed to the highest artistic standards in professional theater. Moreover, because we believe that theater is a stakeholder in the community, we offer free admission to clients of agencies that serve at-risk women, and free theater classes for kids who spend after-school hours at the Looby Community Center. Tennessee Women’s Theater Project (TWTP) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. For more information, view our profile at GivingMatters.”
