About Violaine Panasci
Fluent in both English and French, Violaine (“V”) Panasci is the de facto cosmopolitan of the Rockridge Team. Violaine uniquely combines her work in sustainable supply chains, intellectual property protection, and technology law to advise clients in areas where business and society move faster than the law, for example she assists companies of all sizes to understand environmental, social, and governance (ESG) laws and regulations, and implement best practices and strategies for their business. Violaine is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and helps international organizations bolster compliance and risk mitigation practices. When not hard at work helping Rockridge’s clients disrupt their industries and scale internationally, V is passionate about helping social enterprises protect their brands, thereby multiplying their positive impact for the greater community in the United States. V currently serves as a board member and Vice-Chair of the Governance Committee for the National Social Enterprise Alliance, a board member for the Nashville Social Enterprise Alliance, and a board member for the French American Chamber of Commerce of Tennessee.
