Want to Train with Rich Froning?

Know a first responder who loves CrossFit? Rockridge Venture Law® wants to show our front line workers how much we appreciate them by offering a sponsored chance to train with CrossFit legend Rich Froning.

First responders selflessly put their lives on the line everyday to answer the needs of our country. Now it's our turn to answer the call. As a Real Leaders Top 150 law firm, we actively seek out opportunities to strengthen the fabric of our communities. That's why we give both our time and revenue to support fearless nonprofits like Mayhem Mission (mayhemmission.org). The Mayhem Mission team is dedicated to combating systems of suffering like sexual trafficking, while spreading love and Jesus around the world.

In 2021, we're strengthening our partnership with Mayhem Mission, and while we're at it we want to strengthen some First Responders out there. The men and women who stand at the forefront of emergencies, crime, and war need to be fit for the task and ready for action. Some keep their bodies tight with CrossFit, and for those who do we know some folks in Cookeville, Tennessee, who would love to host them during weekends of intensive education and training. Every few months, we'll be sponsoring a First Responder to attend the popular weekend session Train with Rich (https://www.mayhemnation.com/pages/train-with-rich). This includes session tuition and a two-night stay in Cookeville. We'll also be providing some of the iconic #thatsucked and Pray. hoodies that promote and raise funds for Mayhem Mission.

The first TWR session of 2021 runs Feb. 26th - 28th. Please submit your interest by Friday, Feb. 19th, to allow for travel planning.

– That you are an experienced CrossFitter. (Where do you train?)
– That you are a First Responder. (What do you do?)
– That you can make the trip.
– That you consent to our public sharing of your sponsorship.
